During a raucous House Oversight Committee meeting that was centered on Hunter Biden—who made an unexpected appearance—Democratic Representative Robert Garcia unleashed his fury on Donald Trump’s buddy Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene via Mediaite.
The son of President Joe Biden made an appearance on Wednesday at a committee meeting to mark up a resolution of contempt. Hunter Bidens was summoned by the committee to testify in court, but he refused to comply, which is why he is charged. There was a lot of shouting and obscenities during the hearing, which was more than chaotic.
Unsurprisingly, the Republican side of the party was responsible for a large portion of the hate directed toward Hunter Biden. Nevertheless, the Democrats gave it their best shot; in particular, California’s Garcia brutally discredited Taylor Greene’s criticism of Hunter Biden as she was leaving the hearing.
“It’s really interesting to hear the gentlelady from Georgia speak about Hunter Biden leaving the room,” he started. “She is the person that showed nude photos of Hunter Biden in this very committee room showing, showing dick pics in this committee room of Hunter Biden.”
“I think it’s really ironic. Hypocritical and quite shameful that the person who’s complaining about somebody leaving when she is showing nude photos of him to this committee in this very room,” he continued before pivoting to January 6th prisoners.
“And also, you take about decorum. You’re talking about January 6th, Miss Greene,” he said. “I was there with you when we went to the January 6th jail and when you were hugging, high-fiving, talking to, and providing so much comfort and joy to the insurrectionists that attacked our Capitol and you in insurrectionists at the Capitol. You were. You were hugging and giving them all the support.”
