Former President Donald Trump recently took to his Truth Social account and posted the following:
“Fani Willis and her “Lover” perpetrated a conspiracy to Make Money, CHEAT & Interfere with the Presidential Election of 2024. This case is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia (and all of the rest!), and everybody in America knows it. Many innocent people have been seriously hurt by the “Injustice” Department, working with State and local lowlifes, to break the law. These corrupt cases must be unraveled and ended, NOW!!!”
Witness Yolanda Douglas recounted the terrifying event, in which Gill called her downstairs and she saw him injured. When she finally saw him, she shouted, “Oh my God, that’s my husband.”
After shooting Gill, the attacker went on the rampage, carrying out at least two additional carjackings and one attempted carjacking, which ended with the killing of a second victim.
The trail of the carjacking finally led to Prince George’s County, Maryland, where the suspect was confronted by local enforcement. After exchanging gunfire with Maryland State authorities, the person was eventually shot and killed by the authorities.
Gill was a Republican member of the D.C. Board of Elections who was appointed in 2016 and held the position until July 2020. During his distinguished career, he held positions as Chief of Staff to CFTC Chairman Christopher Giancarlo and COO of the CFTC.
Meanwhile, it appears Mr Trump may have to wait a little longer for the outcome of his civil fraud trial in New York, where state attorney general Letitia James accuse defendants of routinely inflating the value of Trump Organization assets to secure favourable loans and insurance deals.
