According to an insider speaking exclusively to Page Six, Affleck feels like the past two years with Lopez were like a “fever dream” and believes their marriage is headed for divorce. This insider noted that if there were grounds for “temporary insanity” as a reason for divorce, Affleck would consider it.
Speculation about their relationship began when Lopez attended the 2024 Met Gala alone, despite being a co-chair of the event. Observant fans also noted that the couple had not been photographed together in over a month, fueling rumors of a split. Attempts to dispel these rumors included a recent public appearance where they attended Affleck’s child Seraphina’s school play together. Despite this, Lopez had recently liked an Instagram post about unhealthy relationships, which did little to quell concerns about their marriage.
