AEW has quite a few things planned so that they can keep fans happy. The company currently has quite a few three-men teams on the roster and it seems there is a good reason for that.
During a media call to hype Winter Is Coming, which will be a special of Dynamite this week, Tony Khan was asked regarding introducing trios titles. AEW fans have been asking about it for quite some time now.
Khan revealed that the company is “seriously considering” the idea. From the looks of it, he seemed more hopeful about them introducing the new titles.
Kenny Omega had already teased them introducing new trios titles during the previous Chris Jericho cruise.
Khan also said that the titles will not be introduced this year and he will make good on that promise as it is already December. We will have to see when the titles will be unveiled.
