AJ Styles opens up about boneyard match for first time after WrestleMania

AJ Styles had been silent since he lost the boneyard match to Undertaker at Wrestlemania but the former World Champion has finally come out and broken his silence.

The Phenomenal one discussed the match on a recent mixer stream and said that the match was very different, as he said it was going to be.

Styles continued by saying that he was very pleased with how the bout turned out to be and he thinks that the majority of the WWE Universe felt the same:

“The match was different, no doubt about it, I told you it was going to be. You never know what you’re going to get sometimes. I was very pleased with it. I think the majority of wrestling fans, the WWE Universe, was happy with it. For every 100, there were maybe two or three (fans) that didn’t like it.”

The boneyard match was one of the two cinematic matches that took place at WrestleMania 36 and both of the bouts received high praise from the fans and WWE stars as well.
