Alexa Bliss and fiancee Ryan Cabrera got tattoos for each other yesterday, with some Bray Wyatt fans being upset that she is breaking character with the Randy Orton storyline. This led to Bliss locking her Twitter. You can see photos below. A Bray Wyatt WWE title win rumor was revealed.
Randy Orton has gone through a good few gimmick changes during his WWE career that has spanned over two decades. His two most notable gimmicks would be his Legend Killer gimmick that truly helped him make a name for himself in WWE. His other gimmick would be his ‘Viper’ gimmick that started in late 2008, complete with a new theme song called “Voices.”
The theme song turned out to define his character and is still regarded by many as his best. However, it seems Orton himself might not be too high on the song.
Former WWE composer Jim Johnston was recently interviewed by Lucha Libre Online’s Michael Morales Torres, where he revealed that Randy Orton is not a fan of his current theme song.
“I never spoke to him directly, but apparently, Randy Orton said he hated his theme. I don’t know if he still does and I don’t even know why, but apparently, that was true. I never spoke with him about it.”
He then talked about Yokozuna, who approached Johnston to have his theme song changed.
“I didn’t deal directly with the wrestlers… I remember Yoko (Yokozuna), he called me, managed to get me on the phone, and said he wanted to change his music from the Japanese sumo wrestler stuff. Now I’m trapped on the phone with the guy. So I said “Well, what are you thinking?” He said “Well, I’d like some hip hop.” I said “Yoko, you’re a sumo wrestler! You’re not a hip hop guy.” But from his perspective, and I don’t mean to be mean here, he was like “But I live in LA?” So it made perfect sense to him… So in general I didn’t get involved with the talent.”
