Alexa Bliss Told To Leave WWE After Raw

The former WWE RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss recently made her return to on-screen programming on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. It seemed that she returned under his previous gimmick. Now, the former WWE and WCW writer Vince Russo recently opined the star to leave WWE after nine years to pursue an acting career.

Bliss defeated Sonya Deville in a 40-second match on RAW this week after a three-month absence from television. While the 30-year-old has several accolades as an in-ring performer, she has also received praise in recent years for her acting abilities. Russo, who is WWE’s former head writer, told Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Dr. Chris Featherstone that Hollywood should be the five-time Women’s Champion’s next move.

“Alexa Bliss needs to get out of dodge, man.” Russo continued, “She is so much better than that company and her talents are so much better. Who knows, maybe with her husband [singer Ryan Cabrera], maybe he’s got some connections, some pull, maybe he’s got an agent. She could be a legit actress.”

It was previously reported that Alexa Bliss voiced his problems with WWE creative about her lack of direction after Elimination Chamber, FightfulSelect.com reports. Bliss was available to wrestle at WrestleMania, and there were ideas for her to be added to Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair, but this did not happen. Bliss is frustrated and has told Vince McMahon about her issues with the company.

Bliss has been away from WWE programming for quite some time now. She was featured in several ‘Therapy sessions’ on RAW and she had returned to in-ring action at Elimination Chamber 2022 premium live event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She failed to win the Women’s Elimination Chamber match and was written off the programming.

Bliss has also officially tied the knot with Ryan Cabrera. The couple got engaged in November 2020 and have been planning their wedding right after that. When the two visited the property owned by a friend they instantly fell in love with the venue and decided it to be the special place for the big day. The fans are eagerly waiting for Bliss to make her much-awaited return to the squared circle.
