Backstage news on original plans for Raw

According to reports from Pwinsider, the original plans for a couple of matches including a high stakes match during this week’s episode of Raw were very different and they were changed in last minutes.

The first was the 10 men tag team match between the Cruiserweights. According to the site, it was supposed to be an elimination match but was likely changed to a regular tag match to manage time for the SmackDown invasion segment.

Also, the Triple Threat match between Alicia Fox, Sasha Banks and Bayley was originally supposed to be a singles match and Fox was allegedly added later to the bout.

This is an interesting news as the match between these three was to determine the captain for Raw Women’s Team for the traditional Survivor Series match.

So the late addition of Alicia is surprising because she ended up winning the match and is now the captain for the Women’s team heading into the upcoming non-exclusive PPV.

Piss poor booking for the women on RAW, I mean the first group of women ran scared then the second group got beat up with even numbers!

It’s starting to sound like Nitro booking lol

It is nearly a month until Survivor series, so who knows if Fox will stay as the captain.
If Raw was really this on the fly, then nothing is set in stone as far as I am concerned.
