There have been lots of rumors regarding the contractual status of the former World Champion Dolph Ziggler in recent time with some sources saying that he has resigned while others reporting it to be false.
At one point it was even reported that Ziggler has signed a new contract with the company which is worth $1.5 million.
However, the Show Off has since declined these speculations in multiple interviews and revealed that he has yet to sign a new deal with the company.
Now a new report from PWinsider has shed some more light on the situation. They confirm that Ziggler hasn’t resigned and reveal that his contract expires sometime this summer.
It’s worth mentioning here that in previous interviews, Dolph had stated that in wake of his poor bookings lately, he is considering other options apart from resigning with the company.
So if WWE really wants to keep him around, it would make sense for them to give him some more opportunities in the near future and we can expect to see Dolph Ziggler being part of some interesting storylines in upcoming time.
