Brie Bella has announced a tragedy in the Bella family, “Heaven gained a beautiful Angel today, my Uncle Tom. He was a strong, sweet, funny, very supportive man. He always supported and kept up with my wrestling career and anything else I was up to.
He always let me know how proud he was. He fought for our country and he always made us feel loved. He’ll be greatly missed!! Say hi to Pop-Pop for me Uncle Tom, I’ll always cherish our memories. Love you 🙏🏼❤️”
Former NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa recently underwent hip surgery. He has been away from programming since September 17 WWE live event when he faced Bobby Lashley. He was aligned with The Miz on WWE TV, helping him trying to escape the wrath of Dexter Lumis. However, he was abruptly taken off of the programming. Ciampa has shared an update on his situation and how he is already getting back in shape.
Tommaso Ciampa is one his way to recovery
Ciampa took to Instagram to share a video of him working out in the gym. He can be seen lifting weights while being fully focused on his posture. The former NXT Champion said that he is rebuilding himself with the help of his friend, AJ Sims, who is also his coach.
We can rebuild him… again. 🖤
Previously, Ciampa revealed a photo from the hospital bed as he said that he’s on the road to recovery after undergoing surgery on his hip labrum:
“The road to recovery begins. It’s a familiar road. Almost too familiar.
Special thanks to Dr Emblom and his team for taking such incredible care of me. Thanks to the WWE medical team for once again putting me back together. And thanks to my “nurses” at home for always giving me perspective.
It took awhile but we finally found the cause to all of that glute/SI/back pain. A hip labrum that “looked like shredded cheese” according to my wife, who watched the surgery.
