Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted on a house-hunting excursion in New York City over the weekend, signaling a potential change of residence for the celebrity couple. This comes almost a year after they purchased their $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
Bundled up against the chilly weather, the couple explored various townhomes in the Upper East Side. Lopez wore a striped top and wide-legged jeans, complemented by a black trench coat, while Affleck opted for a layered look with a Nirvana tee, unbuttoned flannel, and black jacket, paired with jeans and sneakers.
Among the properties they visited was a listing featuring six bedrooms spread across four floors, along with a rooftop terrace, garden, and finished basement. Priced at $45,000 a month, this luxurious apartment caught their attention during their search.
Following their weekend expedition, Lopez continued her solo search in Manhattan on Monday, dressed in a more casual attire of a gray pullover, matching sweats, and white sneakers. The singer has been sharing moments from her time in NYC on social media, including snapshots with her daughter Emme.
Despite their potential move, the couple currently resides in a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion with their blended family of seven, which includes Lopez’s twins, Max and Emme, and Affleck’s children with Jennifer Garner — Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. They occasionally offer glimpses of their Beverly Hills home on social media.
