President Biden took aim at former President Trump on Thursday, contrasting their respective activities in March with a video posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
In the post, Biden highlighted the stark difference between their campaign efforts, pointing out that while he has been actively visiting eight swing states and engaging in campaign events following his State of the Union address, Trump has been frequently spotted golfing at his club in Florida.
The video showcased clips of Biden interacting with people in various states, taking selfies, and delivering speeches, juxtaposed with footage of Trump enjoying leisurely rounds of golf and driving a golf cart.
Additionally, the video included a screenshot of a post from Trump on X, where he boasted about winning two golf trophies at his own golf club. Biden took a playful jab at Trump’s post, sarcastically congratulating him on his achievement.
While Trump is scheduled to hold a rally in Wisconsin on April 2, marking his second rally since becoming the presumptive GOP nominee, Biden has been actively campaigning in key battleground states. This week alone, Biden traveled to North Carolina and is currently campaigning in New York. Last week, he visited Nevada, Arizona, and Texas, demonstrating his commitment to engaging with voters across the country.
I’ll tell you this: There’s a difference between the two candidates in this election. pic.twitter.com/yGi2LvPkUH
