We’re a little less than a week removed from All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing event, and the pro wrestling world is still reeling from the arrival of Jon Moxley. The former WWE Champion has been the main topic of conversation since the PPV and with the release of the latest “Talk is Jericho” episode, the interest in him won’t be dying down anytime soon.
WWE Hall of Famer Booker T discussed Double or Nothing and Moxley’s appearance on “The Hall of Fame with Booker T & Brad Gilmore”, believing that he would be taking a break from the world of pro wrestling before joining another company.
I must say I was wrong. This guy’s probably going to take some time and rethink things a little bit. Take some vacation time. Go to a nice island beach, kick back with the woman. But when you lose momentum, sometimes it’s really really hard to get it back. With Moxley, I think he didn’t wanna lose that momentum. I think he feels like he’s got so much more to prove…not to the wrestling world but to himself.
I don’t think it has anything to do with the WWE, I really don’t. I think it’s got everything to do with Jon Moxley.
