Braun Strowman Botches WWE Raw Promo

‘The Monster Among Men’ Braun Strowman made a ‘monstrous’ mistake during tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw. Strowman interrupted the ultimatum segment consisting of Hurt Business member Bobby Lashley and current WWE Champion – The Miz. It was during this promo where Strowman made the critical error. Strowman stated: “I am far more clarified than Bobby Lashley is for this opportunity.” Of course, the former WWE Universal Champion meant that he was ‘more qualified’ than Bobby Lashley. Braun Strowman was on hiatus in WWE due to an ‘infection.’

Shane McMahon also appeared in the segment, with Strowman voicing his frustrations about being left out of the Elimination Chamber. McMahon buried Strowman, first saying he didn’t want to see him in a title match. He also said Strowman wasn’t in the Chamber match because he’s not a former WWE champion, but a former Universal Champino. Strowman vs. Lashley was set up, with if Strowman won he would have been added to the Lashley vs. Miz WWE title match next week.

In other news concerning Braun Strowman, fellow former WWE Universal Champion, Goldberg lamented his WrestleMania 36 match against ‘The Monster Among Men’, calling it ‘miserable’. The WWE Hall of Famer told the following quote to FOX Sports’ Ryan Satin.

“It was miserable. It was very – you know, that situation was extremely difficult. Whether it was just dealing with the COVID, whether it was dealing with the last minute change of the opponent, whether it was dealing with having to stay and change my itinerary literally on the fly when I hit the ground. It was a very stressful 48 hours and again, I’m a soldier. I’m not the general. I may have an opinion about it, but it’s not my place to voice it because my opinion makes no difference in that situation. I always, when I’m brought back, would like to have had a very meaningful storyline and build up to every match or potential match that I’m involved in. It’s only fair to the fans. It’s only fair to my opponent and it’s only fair to me.” This Braun Strowman quoted fueled racial accusations not too long ago.
