Former WWE Superstar Eva Marie shocked the pro wrestling world when she made a comeback on Monday Night RAW back in May of last year with vignettes that promoted the ‘Eva-lution.’ Eva Marie was last seen inside a WWE ring way back in 2017 and she would part ways in the company in August of that year. Eva Marie was also pulled from a WWE in-ring return last month.
Eva Marie was previously feuding with Doudrop after what transpired at WWE SummerSlam. After that she was eventually taken off WWE television by Shayna Baszler, as she has not been seen since then. Now it seems there is a good reason for Eva Marie’s absence. The former Total Divas star signed on with the company last year and it took quite some time for her to actually return to WWE television.
Unfortunately, Eva Marie was recently released as part of WWE’s previous set of releases.
Eva Marie has since then moved on to pursue other ventures and has been actively involved in the fitness industry.
In 2013, JoJo Offerman and Eva Marie were cast members on the first season of Total Divas, they were referred to as “the newbies” due to their lack of experience in the wrestling industry compared to the other cast members Brie Bella, Cameron, Naomi, Natalya and Nikki Bella. On the latest episode of The Bellas Podcast, Offerman revealed that she was not invited to Eva Marie’s wedding in 2014. She stated that she doesn’t know the reason why and that she wasn’t on the show anymore, and suggested that it might be a question for Eva Marie.
“I was not invited to Eva’s wedding. I don’t know [what happened]. Nothing, honestly, I think at that point I wasn’t on the show [Total Divas] anymore, so I think it was just like I was not thought about, I guess. That would have to be a question for Eva. I don’t know.”
