Brock Lesnar WWE U.S. Title Spoiler Leaks

Brock Lesnar is being discussed to face WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley at the next Saudi Arabia show, Xero News reports.

Several fans would simply agree that Brock Lesnar is one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to have ever stepped foot inside the squared circle. He had two terrific runs in WWE, both of which saw him winning major World Titles and being a huge draw for fans. Brock Lesnar was not seen on WWE television ever since he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36 back in 2020. Brock Lesnar was also previously called out by a Superstar from Monday Night RAW.

After being away from WWE television for over a year, Brock Lesnar made his return at WWE SummerSlam in 2021, immediately setting his sights set on Roman Reigns. He also sported a ponytail, which was completely different from what fans were used to seeing him in.

Lesnar won the WWE Championship after defeating Big E, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, and Bobby Lashley in a Fatal Five-Way match at WWE Day 1. However, he would lose the title to Bobby Lashley after Roman Reigns interfered in the match thanks to Paul Heyman turning on The Beast Incarnate. After a hiatus, Lesnar came back and attacked Roman Reigns again.

He challenged Roman Reigns for his titles at WWE SummerSlam. It featured The Beast Incarnate using a tractor to destroy the ring as well.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, who was also the head of talent relations at the time, revealed on Grilling JR that he tried to stop Vince McMahon from giving Lesnar a big push too soon.

”I put the kibosh on bringing him into TV several months before that because I didn’t think he was ready in the ring and could do a better job protecting his adversaries. He was just so big and strong, and he had to figure out how to channel that. I went and sat down with Vince and said, ‘He’s not ready for TV. I’m not so sure he can protect his opponent to the level he needs to, especially in this environment.

I think we had to [have Brock win]. We had Rock and knew if somebody was gonna be champion and win it from him, and Lesnar was gonna get anointed, getting anointed by The Rock was gold. In all honesty, was Brock a little green for that role? Probably.
