Chris Jericho reacts to NXT beating AEW Dynamite in TV ratings

Chris Jericho, the AEW star reacted on social to NXT beating AEW Dynamite in viewership on Thanksgiving eve on Wednesday night.

 


 

Chris Jericho took to Twitter and reacted to NXT having more viewers than Dynamite

The ratings of the two shows came in late due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Noting the last week’s Thanksgiving Eve episodes, NXT defeated Dynamite in terms of viewership. NXT saw 712,000 on the USA Network, AEW Dynamite had 710,000 viewers on TNT.

Jericho took to his Twitter account and reminded everyone of the fact that AEW still defeated NXT in the 18-49 key demographic.

He wrote:

Dynamite had ranked #7 in the Cable Top 150 for the 18-49 demo, while NXT were positioned at #25.

Winning the 18-49 , Dynamite still saw a 16 percent decrease in overall viewership from last week’s 850,000 viewers. On the other hand, NXT saw a near 12 percent increase from last week’s 638,000 viewers.

For AEW, this was the lowest Wednesday night number since the June 24 show, which saw 633,000 viewers.

AEW will be having Winter is Coming edition on this week’s episode of Dynamite and will be eyeing to defeat NXT’s go-home episode of Wargames in ratings.
