Will CM Punk finally be ‘All Elite’ or go to WrestleMania? Ahead of tonight’s edition of All Elite Wrestling’s flagship show, AEW Dynamite, CM Punk recently took to social media via Instagram story to highlight this picture of himself, freshly decked out in wrestling gear. Although seeing CM Punk spontaneously in an All Elite Wrestling ring, it seems very unlikely that Punk is going to go show up tonight on Dynamite as Punk is helping out on the new Stephen Amell show Heels. CM Punk was called out for ‘betraying’ this top AEW star.
In other news regarding CM Punk, during a recent edition of Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard, Prichard was asked who was the bigger ‘hothead’ during their time in the company – CM Punk or ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage. The current executive director for WWE Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown would then give this surprising answer. Credit to Ringside News for the below quotes.
“See, I never got the hothead CM Punk. I never experienced that, so the nod would have to go to Randy Savage just based on that. But again, depending upon who you were and how you dealt with Randy. You’ve got varied degrees of it.”
Prichard continued: “I did because we were friends. I would encourage him to vent to me first before he vented to Vince.”
