Cain Velasquez has yet to wrestle in the WWE but he has competed in two matches in AAA. While that is all the experience he has in the ring, he is a huge MMA star and has signed a multi-year deal with WWE.
At WWE Crown Jewel, Cain Velasquez will be facing off against Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title. Even though he had training for his previous matches, Cain is still a novice when it comes to WWE’s style of wrestling.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Velasquez will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando this Thursday. His training will continue until he leaves for Saudi Arabia.
We wonder if he will get used to WWE’s style in time for WWE Crown Jewel.
