Drew McIntyre’s journey in WWE
Drew McIntyre’s WWE journey is no less than a fairytale but it would not have been possible without the hardwork and dedication that the Scottish Psychopath had shown. WWE Chairman Vince McMahon had introduced him as the future World Champion when he made his debut on SmackDown in back in 2009.
His first run in the company did not go well as he was only able to capture the Intercontinental Champion.
But when he returned in 2017, he wanted redemption and that is exactly what he did. He had a great run in NXT and eventually won the Royal Rumble last year. He went on to defeat Brock Lesnar to capture the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 36.
