Former WWE star The Great Khali, real name Dalip Singh Rana, remains India’s greatest export when it comes to begin a WWE Superstar. He is a former World Heavyweight Champion, having beaten the likes of The Undertaker, Batista, and more.
The Great Khali was recently accused of slapping a toll worker in Ludhiana, India. As revealed by a video, Khali could be seen having a heated argument with the toll worker, which has gone viral on social media. The video does not show him slapping the toll worker.
According to police, Khali was on his way from Jalandhar in Punjab to Karnal, Haryana, on Monday. A toll plaza employee wanted to see Khali’s ID, and he allegedly slapped him. Another employee asked why Khali slapped his colleague. Khali accused them of blackmailing him, which the worker denied afterwards.
A barricade was placed in front of Khali’s vehicle to prevent him from leaving. Khali got out and pushed it away as a toll plaza employee tried to stop him. A police officer then intervened. Khali then took to his Instagram and clarified the situation.
“Hello Friends. Yesterday while going to karnal, a toll tax employee of Phillaur stopped my car and misbehaved for a selfie. When I denied the selfie, he ruthlessly passed racist comments and also used bad words. That’s all I want to say. Thank you.”
