Ex-WWE Champion ‘Banned’ From WrestleMania

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair was let go by the company last year after he had asked for a release. ‘The Nature Boy’ recently divulged that he might not be allowed to attend the WWE’s flagship pay-per-view, WrestleMania 38 in Arlington, Texas. However, he claims that he “outsmarted” WWE President Nick Khan after pulling off a witty move. He revealed that he got himself a private box at the venue.

Ric Flair opens up on his plans for WrestleMania 38

Flair fell out with WWE President Nick Khan, which ultimately led to The Nature Boy’s exit from the company. The pro wrestling legend vowed to never work for Khan again, though he stated that he had no problems with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.

Flair during his Wooooo Nation Uncensored podcast, spoke in a exciting manner about witnessing the possible return of fellow WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin. It has been rumored that he might make an in-ring return at the marquee event. Flair elaborated how he’s thrilled to witness Austin’s entrance live at the show. Having this speculation, the legend noted that he may not be allowed at WrestleMania, but he’s already made plans to get into the venue:

“Can you imagine the entrance in Dallas, Texas (at WrestleMania) if the broken glass (Austin’s entrance theme) and he walked out to wrestle? Oh my god,” said Flair. “I won’t be allowed at the event (WrestleMania) but I’m going to get in somehow. I already rented a box in AT&T (WrestleMania 38 venue), I outsmarted him, I outsmarted Nick Khan and got my own box (private box), (laughs)” said Ric Flair.
