Fenix recently joined All Elite Wrestling with his brother Pentagon Jr., and at the Double or Nothing Ticket Party, the Lucha Brothers confronted the Young Bucks. It looked like we would finally see the showdown between two of the best tag teams in the world. A scary moment last night seemingly put that match in jeopardy.
PWInsider revealed that the former Lucha Underground Champion suffered an injury at last night’s AAW show. Reportedly, it took place when he connected with a cutter but was unable to get up.

He was stretchered out of the ring and immediately taken to a hospital afterward. Though nothing official has come out, it’s been reported by multiple sites that he suffered a stinger, and if that’s the case, shouldn’t miss much in-ring time. Some who witnessed the incident felt that he may have injured his neck, but again nothing has been confirmed.
