Fans may remember Matt Sydal better as Evan Bourne, having debuted in WWE’s ECW in 2008. He was part of the company until departing in 2014, having won the Tag Team Champoionship with Kofi Kingston.
After his release he had once again risen as a star of the independent scene, especially with ROH and PWG. Sydal also spent a year abroad with NJPW before returning to the Americas and competing regularly with IMPACT Wrestling.
As of this writing there is no update on the contract status of Matt Sydal, but stay tuned to Wrestling Edge for news as it breaks.
