Stipe Miocic believes he should be fighting Francis Ngannou next and he’s not happy about waiting for a trilogy with the series tied between them at one win a piece.
The former UFC heavyweight champion expressed his frustrations in an Instagram post made by ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong asking about who he should sign next to the Asian based promotion. Stipe stated: “I shouldn’t have to wait for a winner. I have the most heavyweight title defenses of all time. We’re 1-1 but [Daniel Cormier] got instant rematches and trilogies against me?”
Stipe does make a lot of sense, so we will have to see what’s next from that.
