Glenn Beck and his co-host speculated that Donald Trump’s false election rigging allegations got Tucker Carlson fired from Fox News today after the Dominion lawsuit $800 million payoff.
“It could be that he got fired because they just paid off a billion dollars.”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an environmental lawyer and anti-vaccine activist, has announced his bid for the Democratic nomination for president. Kennedy, who is the nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy and the son of former U.S. attorney general and slain 1968 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, made the announcement during a speech in Boston. Although he stressed his 30 years of experience as an environmental lawyer and talked about the “toxic polarization” in the country, he did not mention his own controversial views on vaccines.
Kennedy’s group, the Children’s Health Defense, has been identified by researchers as one of the most influential spreaders of anti-vaccine misinformation, leading to the removal of the group’s accounts from Facebook and Instagram. His anti-vaccine advocacy has also been criticized by other members of the Kennedy family.
During his speech, Kennedy spent a large part of his time criticizing the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically the lockdowns. He called them the biggest transfer of wealth in the country and claimed they did not work. Kennedy blamed former President Donald Trump for caving to bureaucracy and stated that lockdowns were the worst thing he did to the country, impacting civil rights, the economy, and the middle class. Despite his controversial views, Kennedy’s bid for the Democratic nomination may appeal to some voters who share his beliefs.
A lot of people say President Trump gets blamed for a lot of things that he didn’t do. And he gets blamed for some things that he did do. But the worst thing that he did to this country, to our civil rights, to our economy, to the middle class in this country is lockdowns,” Kennedy said.
The very people who were profiting on those lockdowns were the ones who were strip-mining the wealth from the middle class in this country. Amazon got to close down all of its competitors…they were censoring people who criticized the lockdowns while they were raking in the money.”
