WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg recently failed to capture the WWE Championship from Bobby Lashley at WWE SummerSlam last month. The WCW legend has not been featured on WWE television for quite some time and now the current WWE Champ Big E has pitched an intriguing idea for the veteran. Big E wants to send Goldberg to retirement
While speaking with Hot 97 radio, WWE Champion Big E stated that he would be the right person to bring an end to Goldberg’s in-ring career for good.
“Well, who better to retire him? Who better to take him out to pasture, take Old Yeller behind the barn? We’ll see. I just feel like I would be the right person to send them on home, give him his walking cane, and say, ‘Thank you for your service.’”
It is not known whether WWE will ever have plans for Big E go up against the WCW legend and perhaps ending his in-ring career. But in the world of WWE nothing is impossible. Thereby, we will have to see if WWE actually implements this idea of Big E.
