Photoshoots are my least favorite experience. Caked on makeup, sunless tanner, boob sweat, sticky hairspray … TONS of awkward photos that make you want to wear a blanket over your entire body for the rest of your life… then one good one.
Mick Foley responds to Hulk Hogan comments
It is not secret that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan had an impressive physique back in the day. However, fellow of Hall of Famer Mick Foley’s Mankind gimmick in contrast lacked Hogan’s physique. Back in 2003, on an episode of ‘Off The Record with Michael Landsberg’, ‘Hulkster’ made insulting comments about Foley’s weight and physique. Meanwhile, Foley once again responded to Hogan’s attacks against him again after almost two decades.
Hogan was asked why he thought he outlasted Foley, who had retired considerably earlier than Hogan. He had said:
“I’ve trained more in the last week than Mick Foley has in 30 years. When Mick Foley was sleeping, and eating cheeseburgers and M&Ms, I was in the gym working out.”
“It all depends on how much respect you have yourself. Nothing against Mick Foley. I didn’t have to prostitute my body, and throw myself over the coals, into the fire and the glass. I decided to train and go another way.”
Foley had appeared on the Landsberg show following Hogan’s appearance, where he reacted angrily for the apparent reason. He reacted to it differently and shared his side of the story. Talking about this on his podcast, Foley responded:
“My thoughts, my feeling is that Hulk was promoting his book. Which is doing a fraction of what my book is doing and he’s probably at a breaking point and he takes it out on me.
