Jeff Hardy was arrested in October for driving while impaired. He was first ordered to appear for a court hearing this month. Now it seems he will have to make another appearance.
According to a report by PW Insider, Jeff Hardy has another court hearing on December 5th in Monroe Country regarding his DWI charge.
Hardy is on the shelf owing to a knee injury he sustained on April 20th at a WWE house show. Lars Sullivan was credited for his injury as part of the storyline.
