The more I look at Hollywood, boxing, and UFC, the more I see shades of professional wrestling just by the way that all of this stuff plays out. In a recent video gone viral, Conor McGregor and Machine Gun Kelly were going at it at the VMAs. No, you really can not make this stuff up. One onlooker (albeit from his home) was Jorge Masvidal who wants to see this as a match ASAP.
Masvidal reacted to the video by stating the following on his own Twitter account as he shared out the video: “Yo @triller set this up. In a five rounder I got my money on @machinegunkelly #supernecessary.”
The video is just about two minutes long and starts out with a bunch of commotion. As the video goes on, we see Conor McGregor approach MGK as Conor then takes the first charge at the musician and actor. It’s hard to hear anything that MGK or McGregor are saying to one another, but in the middle of the video, someone says “Run!” as MGK and bodyguards are swarm back. It’s hard to tell if McGregor charged again at this point.
Claims state that this all happened on the red carpet when McGregor asked MGK for a photo and the pop star refused. Machine Gun Kelly is said to have shoved McGregor, who spilled his drink before throwing the remainder of it over the performer and his girlfriend Megan Fox. At the end of the scuffle, Fox was visibly scared and confused.
