Kofi Kingston is currently one half of the Smackdown Tag Team Champions. He had a memorable 2019, which saw him win the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania and held it for several months. He successfully defended the Smackdown Tag Team at WWE TLC.
On New Day: Feel The Power, he revealed that he has signed a new contract with WWE. It is a five-year deal and it is expected to be a lucrative one.
So we will be seeing more of Kofi Kingston till the end of 2024. Perhaps he will receive another shot at the WWE Championship during that time. Kingston is one of the company’s best stars and they could not afford to lose him.
