Kylie Rae reveals reason for asking AEW release

Kylie Rae made news when she asked for her release from AEW, becoming the first star to do so. For a long time it was unknown why she left the company. Now the reason has been revealed.

There were many rumors regarding Rae’s departure from the company, including Brandi Rhodes apparently bullying her. Kylie Rae took to Instagram and finally revealed why she asked for her release.

I don’t know how to start this and I can’t speak on other’s behalves. I can only speak for myself and what’s in my heart. I don’t know many rumors and honestly try to stay away from everything, obviously 😅.

But here: nobody made me leave. AEW took my career to new levels and I’m beyond grateful for every opportunity and experience that has come along the way and wish nothing but the best. It’s a great group of people who truly love wrestling and just want everyone to succeed.

I’ve always tried to be a good person but I make many mistakes along the way. I needed to get my mind, body, and soul right with God. I wish I had the answers but the truth I don’t. We all go through obstacles in life and we may want all the answers but we don’t need them.

It’s God’s plan and he has shown me what’s truly important in life and to find a blessing in every moment because in the blink of an eye, everything can be gone. So instead of bashing, let’s just love one another and appreciate what we have, or something like that lol sorry I’m awkward.

So it seems her decision to part ways with AEW was a personal one and now we understand better as to why she left.

Carbon-14 isn’t reliable at all. It can be changed by water and solar activity. Oh, and you may get 10 different results from the same piece. That isn’t science. Neil is a fool and I told him as much. One of his producers agreed. What you believe is wrong. It’s sad that you’re so closed minded. You must really hate yourself.

  • Michael Justin Arnold

Lol, whatever u think. “Fossils are not millions of years old” hahaha. OK I’m done. As Neil de Grasse-Tyson says “Ill educate, but I dont debate.

Btw Carbon-14 dating is only reliable for historical dating. Dating deep geological time requires other tests.

  • Mike the Ike

Sad to see how hateful, ignorant, and closed minded you are. Long winded, too. Fossils are not millions of years old. Anyone worth their salt knows all the problems with carbon-14 dating.

When did I say I’m praising Darwin? Prophet? You can’t even speak without using stupid religious terms. He had an idea (and wasn’t the 1st person btw) which has ben refined and proven in the past 100 years.

Scientists don’t have followers or beliefs. We look at facts and make conclusions. Fossils of prehumans that are 5 million years old are facts!
Unlike a book about a jewish carpenter that’s been edited hundreds of times in the past 2000 years. If you are too biased to look at the evidence thats not my fault

  • Michael Justin Arnold

Fair enough, u might not find it insulting but I do (since most people don’t understand its an illness that you can’t just “get over”).

But you obviously didn’t love your job if you were able to walk away (hopefully it helped though) but everyone is different. I hate most aspects of my career, but its the only thing that makes me happy.

Please do not lecture me. I suffer from depression myself and know full well the pitfalls of staying in a job that could essentially kill you if the pressure gets too much. I need money too, but I walked away and got another less high pressure job because I do not want to feel sick all the time or end up potentially ending my own life.
And I will continue to use the term “mental issues” because you know, I have issues with mental health. Its no bloody different to saying I have issues with my knees, hardly a bloody insult.

  • Mike the Ike

Facts, sure. Darwin himself is laughed at by modern evolutionary scientists. But sure, keep praising a prophet who is ridiculed and discounted by his own followers.

  • Michael Justin Arnold

No beliefs or assumptions involved. Was raised Roman Catholic and I’ve been a biologist studying evolution for 18 years. Not my fault some people don’t want to look at facts, something no religion has!

  • Mike the Ike

So because you don’t believe the way she does, that makes it okay for you to insult her beliefs and assume you’re right. Got it.

  • Michael Justin Arnold

She mentioned a “God” & a “Soul.” I lump all fictious stories and mythology together, for convenience…

  • Mike the Ike

There was nothing in her post about fairies or Grimm stories.

  • Michael Justin Arnold

Not always that easy to “walk away” though when you have an illness (i.e. depression).
Unfortunately most of us need money and health insurance for treatment, unless they live somewhere good like Canada or the E.U.

Also, please never ever use the term “mental issues” again! They’re are diseases!

  • Michael Justin Arnold

Yeah, she just says she alway TRIED to be a good person (then a bunch of fairy tale babble). So what was she doing that was bad?

  • CC

The statement is kinda all over the place and does not really explain anything. Is she saying that God did not want her wrestling there? Or is she saying that she was not happy there and God told her to leave?

I will say this, and it kinda falls in line with the Mauro story as well, but if you have any kind of mental issues and a job adds to that, maybe it is time to walk away. If this is what she did, then more power to her. If its not and she is just some kind of God botherer then as long as she is happy I guess.

  • Keith Learmonth

That literally explained nothing, except that apparently, working for AEW put her at odds with God, which is a take I didn’t expect from this.

  • Dirt McGirt

That really didn’t tell me anything. Okay, so you needed to get right with God? Were you drinking too much? Falling into a drug scene? Sleeping around? I don’t understand.
