As noted, Paul Heyman spoke with The Wrap recently about his partnership with Left/Right Productions for a new unscripted reality series. The show will be about Heyman’s marketing agency Looking4Larry.
FOX Sports is reporting that the original plan was for a sizzle reel, but that was upgraded to an airable pilot for the series. What this means is that the show could end up being shown on a major TV network.
Left/Right has a history of working with several major TV networks in the past, which include MTV, VH1, Showtime, A&E, Bravo, and History. It should be noted that Lionsgate and several British networks were interested in the project, but Left/Right landed the deal.
The pilot episode is currently being filmed in NYC.
