The NWA World Champion Nick Aldis will be defending the ten pounds of gold against former NWA National Champion James Storm at the upcoming Into the Fire PPV on December 14th.
The two former Impact Wrestling Superstars have been butting heads ever since the beginning of NWA Powerrr, and Storm will finally get a chance to win the World Championship in a two out of three falls match.
The 2-time NWA World Champion Nick Aldis recently spoke with WrestlingInc about a variety of topics and stated that a lot of new faces can be expected for the second season of NWA Powerrr. He also spoke about which Superstar has stood out on the show.
Ricky Starks would be one of the first ones I would mention in that regard. I think people are gonna be surprised when Thunder Rosa gets a chance to speak, certainly in that environment. Her presentation is so vastly different and she’s arrived on the scene with such ferocity based on her in-ring performances. But I wouldn’t sleep on her as far as her ability to deliver on the stick too.
Ricky Starks will be facing Colt Cabana and Aron Stevens at the PPV and get a chance to win the NWA National Championship.
