Randy Orton on how he was inspired by Brodie Lee’s decision to leave WWE

The wrestling world has been mourning the loss of Brodie Lee ever since his passing and various wrestling personalities have been remembering how the former WWE star touched their lives.

Former WWE Champion Randy Orton recently joined this list with a long tribute to the late star from his Instagram account and he revealed how Lee inspired him.

The Viper recalled how the former Luke Harper used to say that he wanted to do more and Orton then claimed that his decision to finally leave the promotion inspired him:

“I remember him saying that he wanted to do more, and knew that he was capable of doing more, he was. Seeing him have the balls to take that leap of faith and seeing him make the decision was an inspiration to me.”

Continuing on the topic, Randy Orton wrote that he saw many things in Harper that impressed him not only inside the ring but backstage as well:

“I was always very proud of him and out of my peripheral vision I watched him as a fellow 20 year vet and saw many things that impressed me. Not just his work inside the ring, but how he treated others in the back,”
