As reported earlier, Finn Balor was sent home early during WWE’s South Chile over the weekend. He was also absent from this week’s RAW and it was announced that he would be missing tomorrow’s Mixed Match Challenge as well.
During the commentary on RAW, it was mentioned that the reason for Finn Balor being absent on the show was because he had suffered an injury due to the beatdown he received at the hands of Drew McIntyre. However, it seems that that is not the actual reason behind Balor’s absence.
According to a report from PWInsider, Balor has sustained no injury and the actual reason behind his absence is due to an illness. The report added that Finn will recover by the time WWE TLC comes, which is on this Sunday. He is scheduled to face Drew McIntyre at the pay-per-view.
