– WWE changed the World Title Match at Sunday’s Tables, Ladders & Chairs pay-per-view because they didn’t want to rush any of the other stipulation matches, besides the Divas Tables Tag Team Match.
The feeling was that it would be better for time to merge the Kane vs. Edge and Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio matches, especially since Kane is limited in a singles TLC Match.
Reports suggest that both Vince McMahon and Triple H agreed and made the change.
