Roman Reigns could get a female star added to his stable. Former WWE writer Vince Russo was recently interviewed by Dr. Chris Featherstone on SK Wrestling. He went on to reckon that former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion,Naomi could be joining forces with Roman Reigns’ faction on SmackDown due to the Samoan roots.
Naomi to join hands with Reigns?
Vince Russo believes that Naomi should be involved in Roman Reigns’ family-storyline on SmackDown. Since August 2020, after winning the Universal Champion, he has referred to himself as The Tribal Chief of both WWE and his own family.
Reigns’ cousin, Jey Uso, has been working alongside him in recent months, while Jimmy Uso is expected to make his return from injury soon could be following the footsteps of his brother as well.
Jimmy’s wife, Naomi, currently performs on RAW in a tag team with Lana has the potential to be the female member of the stable.

Russo, who worked as WWE’s head writer in the late 1990s said that Naomi’s involvement is a “no brainer”.
He said:
“Storyline-wise, I would tie her in to that whole Roman Reigns storyline. That whole Samoan family and the roots, the relationships throughout the family. I mean, I can’t believe that they’re missing the boat on that, you know. That’s a no-brainer to me.”
Naomi has previously worked alongside The Usos on WWE. But, she has never formed an alliance with Roman Reigns in a WWE storyline. It is to be seen how it progresses. Nia Jax and Tamina also have ties to Reigns’ Anoa’i family. But like Naomi, they have not been used in the story.
Roman Reigns will defend the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 37 on April 10-11 but will have to defend the title first against Daniel Bryan at Fastlane on March 21.
While, Naomi and Lana lost a Women’s Tag Team Championship match against Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW after Jax’s new ally, Reginald, caused a distraction at ringside which helped Jax to pin Lana following a powerbomb.
