The former NXT Champion had been sidelined with a thumb injury for a sustainable period of time and had only made his return to WWE TV recently. Having joined forces with the likes of Kevin Owens and The Viking Raiders, Joe found himself engaged in a feud against Seth Rollins and his disciples.
However, Joe’s absence from WWE TV has been significant, as he missed out on this week’s edition of RAW which saw Owens align himself with The Street Profits and The Viking Raiders once again.
With Joe being suspended by WWE, the former US Champion now joins reigning champion, Andrade and becomes the second superstar to have violated WWE’s wellness policy within the span of a month.
