WWE RAW star Seth Rollins recently got his demand fulfilled for a match at WrestleMania 38. It has been slated that the former AEW EVP Cody Rhodes might be the one who would step up as his opponent, marking his return. But, last few days, rumors stated that Shane McMahon could be back in the company soon.
Shane McMahon recently made his epic comeback to WWE. He participated in the Royal Rumble match but things got heated up backstage of the show. He had a heated altercation with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and the producers backstage. He tried to push his ideas and wanted things to play out in his favor in the Rumble. He was seemingly self-centered with his ideas. This led to heavy bickering and it seemed WWE had let go of Shane for good.

The former WWE Writer Vince Russo also liked the idea and additionally pitched a stipulation for Shane McMahon to take ownership of the WWE if he wins at WrestleMania. The former WWE writer was all in for the match, as he briefly stated below:
“I don’t disagree with you, and let’s add on top of that, if Shane wins, he gets the company. I’m all for that. I’m all for that!”
Mike Johnson of PWInsider’s recent report hints at Shane being in contention for a WrestleMania spot:
“There is no word at this time whether McMahon will be appearing on the PPV yet, but we are told he will be in town for the entire Wrestlemania weekend,” Mike Johnson stated.
WrestleMania 38 will take place on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
