Seth Rollins has not been seen on WWE television since Survivor Series. He needed to take some time off to be with Becky as she gave birth to their daughter. Now it seems The Messiah will be making his return soon.
WWE officially announced that Rollins will be making his return on the January 1st edition of Friday Night Smackdown. The Christmas edition of the show was taped in advance, but the New Year’s episode will be live.
While it has been confirmed Rollins will be returning next year, it was not mentioned what the company will have him do during the show. We will have to see what WWE has planned for Rollins.
