WWE Vice President Road Dogg revealed that he smoked marijuana with Snoop Dogg and Ben Stiller in the past. Road Dogg made the revelation on his podcast ‘Oh You Didn’t Know.’
Road Dogg was released by WWE but recently returned. Two former released stars weren’t so lucky. Former WWE stars Fandango and Tyler Breeze had started teaming up back in 2016 and they had quite a decent stint until 2021. The duo was ultimately released by the company in June 2021. This ended a 15-year run for Fandango, who had been with WWE since 2006, beginning with the Deep South Wrestling developmental territory.
On “Cafe de Rene with Rene Dupree,” Fandango mentioned that he and Breeze aren’t really good friends and that the tag team was strictly business. Fandango being more of a party guy and Breeze clean cut showed them as complete opposites. It’s interesting to see two guys who seem like the best of friends on tv not be in real life.
Fandango opens up on the release
At the time, Fandango had started a major home-building project on property he had purchased, as WWE wasn’t on the road at the time. Upon checking out social media, Fandango saw the slew of roster cuts and assumed the worst.
“They just completely cleaned house, and I’m like, ‘Well, this is obviously got to be it,'” he said. “Because we were kind of like lower midcard guys at the time, and we just didn’t get the axe. I think [Triple H] kind of went to bat for us.”
Breezango staying with the company ultimately led to their final run in “NXT,” where the pair at long last won championship gold. According to Fandango, however, the formation of Breezango itself was also a response to a near-firing, five years before they were actually released.
According to a recent report by Xero News, Tyler Breeze has regularly been backstage recently. While there is no confirmation yet, he could return to the company in the future, especially because he is considered to be “a HHH guy.”
