I’m closing out Mental Health Awareness Month with a meditation session. Med

itation is a powerful tool that can help us achieve a harmonious balance between our thoughts, emotions, and overall mental state. By setting aside a few minutes each day to simply breathe and be present, we allow ourselves to unwind, declutter our minds, and cultivate mindfulness. 🌼🙏 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #InnerPeace #MindfulnessMatters #SpreadPositivity #StayMindful #BePresent #EmbraceWellbeing #HealthyMindHealthyLife 2 h

Stacy Keibler’s journey to wrestling stardom was an unexpected one, filled with surprising twists and turns. As a student and cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens, Keibler stumbled upon an episode of WCW Nitro where she learned about a contest to crown a new Nitro Girl. With her dance background, she saw this as an opportunity and decided to enter.

To her astonishment, Keibler emerged victorious and soon made her debut as Nitro Girl Skye. However, fate had something else in store for her. The newly appointed creative head, Vince Russo, had different plans for Keibler. He saw her potential and decided to utilize her in a different role on the show.

Trading in the short shorts of the Nitro Girls for a blouse and even shorter skirt, Keibler transformed into Miss Hancock, the assistant to Standards and Practices. She would make her way to the ring, taking notes and stealing attention from the wrestlers by dancing at ringside. This character resonated with the WCW audience, who had never witnessed someone quite like her due to censorship imposed by higher-ups.

Hancock quickly became one of WCW’s breakout characters during its final year. She was given significant television time, engaging in compelling storylines alongside wrestlers like David Flair, Daffney, Crowbar, Major Gunns, the Misfits in Action, Sean Stasiak, and Bam Bam Bigelow. Keibler’s portrayal of the snobby and prudish heel was effective, and her sex appeal only added to her popularity among fans.
