WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon and company have reportedly expressed their distaste over recent AEW Dynamite’s special edition of Blood and Guts. The show had drawn good amount of ratings and lived upto the name of the show.
Why Stephanie McMahon and others are angry with the show?

Though there have been mixed reaction to the show, majority of the fans have loved the show. However, as per the reports of Dave Scherer of PW Insider, WWE management was furious with Blood and Guts edition.
It was said “that just set the business back 30 years.” He also noted that some talents had the opposite reaction of the management as they “would love to do something like that themselves.”
Scherer further confirmed the news as he said: “I have heard from people in management and they hated it.”
WWE management were angry with the ending spot of Blood & Guts as well. Chris Jericho’s fall of the cage was compared to Shane McMahon as management reportedly said he was “trying to be Shane McMahon” after that big fall off the cage. They were also appalled by the “barbaric” blading that was so obvious in the match.
