A replay of this past weekend’s “Strikeforce: Diaz vs. Cyborg” event airs Tuesday on Showtime 2 and Showtime 2 HD. The broadcast begins at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
The event initially took place this past Saturday, Jan. 29, at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California, with Nick Diaz vs. Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos as the main event. “Strikeforce: Diaz vs. Cyborg” was the organization’s first “Arena Series” show of 2011. The San Jose-based organization frequently uses the HP Pavilion for events.
In all, the card featured 11 fights. Suprisingly, all of the bouts ended via stoppage, six of which were in the first round.
