Deonna Purrazzo was scheduled to defend her Impact Knockouts Championship against Kylie Rae at Bound For Glory. However, that did not happen as Rae possibly suffered an injury and was removed from the match.
Purrazzo waited for Rae to come out. When she did not, Purrazzo issued an open challenge to anyone in the women’s locker room. Su Yung came out and accepted that challenge.
Kimber Lee was in Purrazzo’s corner and tried to help her win the match in any way possible. However, that came to no avail. Towards the end of the match, Su Yung hit a Panic Switch and was able to pick up the win. She is now the new Impact Knockouts Champion.
