Triple H Blocks Massive Attitude Era Return On Raw

Triple H has changed the landscape of the WWE since taking creative control on July 25, 2022. The Game has changed the game of the company and the trajectory of how things were shown back in the day. There are no mundane matches and people look invested in every story.

Hunter has made it clear that plans to change the way people look at WWE. The big question arises if he is planning to go back to the TV-14 era as the grapevine suggested that the new regime may look at that angle. Stephanie McMahon ended the rumour with her control of the company.

The Cerebral Assassin has made things valuable for the company as his return to the creative side has seen the return of many main roster and NXT superstars. The fans speculated that WWE may go back to the days when blood was shown on television. WWE’s nemesis thrives on that aspect, but the 14-time world champion doesn’t think that is necessary. He ensured that the fans are clear that the unintentional blood storyline isn’t going to come back.

We all know that superstars get legitimately injured due to some move, and that gets them busted open. WWE’s top-quality medical staff checks on them to ensure that they are safe and can perform. During an interview with The Ringer, Paul addressed this issue in his own subtle way. He said:

The world has changed. The world has evolved. I don’t think it’s necessary. If we have talent that gets [cut open], usually you’ll see them roll out and they’ll get looked at to make sure that there’s nothing dangerous. I’m just of the opinion right now, given the state of the world and the pandemic, and at the end of the day, what we do is dangerous enough without intentionally making it more dangerous. Yes, we did [feature bleeding] for a long period of time, but we’ve changed that practice. And it’s irresponsible to go back.

It puts the rumours to rest that the WWE would turn to blood to gain traction and become the #1 viewed sports entertainment show on cable television. He has already added to WarGames matches to the Survivor Series event this year and it’s a welcome change.
