Triple H appeared to reveal that Brock Lesnar is still a major part of WWE despite walkout rumors during a conference call, calling Brock’s video from SummerSlam a major hit.
PWInsider reports, “He put over the Brock Lesnar tractor spot at Summerslam saying he’s never seen anything like that ever in his 30 years. That moment surpassed 20 million views in social platforms over 24 hours. They will be writing compelling storylines for the most intruiging characters and they will develop new talents.”
The current WWE Chairwoman and CEO Stephanie McMahon had made a shocking announcement when she let the pro-wrestling world that she was taking a hiatus back in May. She announced that she’ll be taking a “leave of absence” from WWE. Announcing on Twitter, Stephanie wrote a statement that she’ll be stepping down from the majority of her responsibilities in WWE to focus on her family. She also added that she’s looking forward to returning. Several internal members of the company had doubted her abilities in the role of WWE Chief Brand Officer. Stephanie recently addressed her hiatus.

Steph has now replaced his father Vince McMahon after the latter’s retirement. She serves as the co-CEO of WWE alongside Nick Khan. During the latest WWE earnings call, McMahon revealed that she took a break to spend more time with her family, echoing sentiments that she expressed in a tweet from May of this year.
“I have worked my entire life for this business. I love this business. I took a leave of absence realizing that I needed a little bit of time with my family, given the grueling schedule and nature [of WWE]. I got about three weeks, which is more than a lot of other folks get, and I was not forced into returning as the CEO and Chairman in the interim position — I offered.”
McMahon went on to address her future plans for the company, stating that WWE will continue providing entertainment and escapism for fans all around the world:
“We truly bring people together for generations, from all over the world, with all different backgrounds.”
