Triple H did his usual post TakeOver interview alongside Cathy Kelly after the culmination of NXT TakeOver: Toronto II at the Scotiabank Arena. The Game addressed the event in general and praised the entire unit for yet another successful TakeOver.
Triple H had high praise for the main event which spread across three different falls and three different stipulations over the course of almost an hour. He felt that the match had a little bit of everything and signalled the end of the feud between Johnny Gargano and Adam Cole which has now seen three matches across TakeOvers.
He also went on to comment on the Matt Riddle and Killian Dain brawl by pointing out Riddle’s spontaneous and impulsive character. He added that both of them were helped off with the help of security later on.
Regarding the NXT Women’s title match, Triple H claimed it to be something different from the rest of the card and signed off with the trademark #WeAreNXT and once again thanked the entire crew for their work and the passion towards it.
