Trump Drops ‘Conviction’ Bombshell In Court

Former President Donald Trump addressed the media from Lower Manhattan on Monday following a reduction in the bond required for his civil fraud trial in New York.

When asked if he would fund his campaign with his own money due to the decreased bond requirement, Trump responded,

“Well, first of all, it’s none of your business. I might consider it. I have the option. But if I had to pay $500 million for a bond, I wouldn’t have that choice. I’d have to start selling things. Fortunately, I don’t need to sell anything because I have a phenomenal company.”

Regarding the possibility of accepting money from a foreign government to cover the bond or fines, Trump stated, ”

I don’t do that. It’s possible, I suppose. But I don’t need to borrow money. I have plenty.”

When asked about testifying in his upcoming trial related to hush money paid to a porn star, Trump expressed uncertainty about the trial’s timing amidst a presidential election and labeled it a “Biden trial.”

He insisted, “I have no problem testifying. I didn’t do anything wrong.”

In response to concerns about a conviction affecting the election, Trump suggested it could make him more popular, dismissing the trial as a “scam” orchestrated by Biden.

Despite Trump’s claims, CNN correspondent Boris Sanchez highlighted the falsehoods in his statements, emphasizing that President Biden is not responsible for Trump’s legal issues.
